REBUILD
Recovery, reconstructed.
The body's master healer.
Recovery, accelerated.
Rebuild Stack Research Notes
Rebuild combines BPC-157 and TB-500 in a single pre-configured vial — the two most researched tissue-repair peptides available, chosen specifically because their mechanisms are complementary rather than overlapping.
BPC-157 acts locally. It concentrates repair activity near the injury site — stimulating nitric oxide signalling, VEGF upregulation, collagen synthesis, and fibroblast migration in the damaged tissue. TB-500 acts systemically. It binds actin to promote cell migration, accelerates angiogenesis, and reduces inflammatory markers across the body. Together they cover both local and systemic repair simultaneously — something neither compound achieves alone.
Rebuild is the stack researchers reach for when the question is comprehensive recovery: tendon injuries, muscle tears, ligament damage, post-surgical repair, or chronic tissue degeneration that has not resolved with rest.
BPC-157 local action: Multiple animal models document accelerated healing of severed tendons, torn ligaments, and transected muscle — with improved collagen alignment and functional recovery at 14–42 days post-injury versus untreated controls.
TB-500 systemic action: Strong cardiac and musculoskeletal preclinical data shows accelerated angiogenesis, reduced inflammation, and improved tissue repair across multiple models.
Combined: The local/systemic complementarity makes this stack more comprehensive for full tissue repair coverage than either compound alone.
Preclinical safety: Both compounds have established preclinical safety profiles with no serious toxicity reported at research doses across multiple species.
Rebuild is supplied strictly for research use. Confirm current availability, the applicable product records, and delivery options for the exact Bali address before ordering.
The Rebuild vial is pre-configured at a research-relevant 5mg + 5mg ratio and is more cost-efficient than buying both separately. It also simplifies the protocol to a single reconstitution and a single administration.
Tendon and ligament repair have the most preclinical data. Muscle injury and post-surgical recovery are also well-studied. Gut repair is primarily a BPC-157 application where the standalone product may be more appropriate.
GHK-Cu is commonly added for connective tissue and skin repair — available as our GLOW stack. KPV can be added for gut-specific inflammation — available as KLOW.
Refrigerate at 2–8°C. Use within 28 days of reconstitution. Ships cold-packed with a thermafreeze ice pack.
